Vinita Vaswani is a certified Nutritionist and Wellness Coach, with international exposure in lifestyle management & weight loss strategies. She has been developing nutritional plans for individual clients and conducting workshops at schools, as well as businesses for several years. As a wellness coach, Vinita motivates people to take charge of their health, guiding them to make small changes in regular food and lifestyle habits. Her underlying objective is to help her clients acquire an understanding of the simple fundamentals that govern health and well-being, so that they can be their healthiest selves independently. A graduate in Psychology, Vinita went on to obtain her post graduate certification in Dietetics and Nutrition Science from VLCC, affiliated to City and Guilds, UK. She is also a trained yoga instructor from Yoga Institute & Patanjali Yogpeeth (UK).
