We all love our TV soaps, don’t we? It’s what keeps us going when we have our hearts to mend and feel like lounging at home in our jammies all day. We all wanted to see some of our favorite on screen couples to turn into real life couples too. Here are four of the best TV friendships that turned into real-life television couples.
Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush
This is one our favorite TV reel to real life couples. The two played Lucas and Brooke in the popular television series ‘One Tree Hill.’ Who doesn’t love a little bit of off screen romance, right? These two had been going from friendship to relationship on and off in their on screen roles. They were one of the couples who everyone was rooting for. Off screen, the two shared a passionate love story and ultimately ended up married. Even though they didn’t quite get their happily ever after in real life, they’re still one of our favorite real life couples from tele.
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher were not exactly the dating friends variety, while they were playing Jackie and Kelso as a couple on ‘That 70’s Show.’ They are one of the cutest friendships that turned into a real-life romance. They were friends for the longest time. They gave each other space to grow as individuals and have now ultimately found their way back to each other. They’re currently one of Hollywood’s most adored couples and they are still head over heels in love with each other.
Kaley Cuoco and John Galecky
A lot of us didn’t even know that these two were a couple until recently. The two played Penny and Leonard in the very famous series ‘The Big Bang Theory.’ Penny and Leonard were one of the longest running couples on the show. Here is the shocker though, these two were secretly dating for three years while on the show. Even though they didn’t end up together in the long run, they’ve maintained one of the best TV friendships, both on screen and off. They continue to stay close friends.
Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas
These two were first seen together on the show ‘Snow White and Prince Charming.’ They had amazing chemistry on screen as a couple. Just like most television sets, there was a ton of long working hours and the two eventually fell in love in real life too! They took their love off screen in 2011. They are now happily married and share two beautiful baby boys. Now that’s a perfect example of how you can find your best friend in your partner.
