You tend to feel disconnected and isolated from the world around you and your relationships suffer. You feel fatigue and tired all the time which can result in bad moods and crankiness. You tend to get less sleep and stress levels go up. Even when you are sleeping, it’s not peaceful sleep. Watch out for all these signs and don’t let your work take over your life.
