- Take a glass of orange juice, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp nutmeg, Mix these together and drink this juice daily.
- Soak 7-8 almonds overnight, peel off the skin and crush them the next morning. Add the almonds to a cup of warm milk. Add in a pinch of saffron and some honey. Mix well and drink every day.
