Priyanka Chopra is definitely our ultimate international representative and we all know why. This desi girl has taken her success to the next level and worked super hard to go from a Bollywood favorite to a Hollywood hottie. Here’s why we think she deserves it all.
Priyanka Chopra’s Success
Priyanka has proven to us that success holds no boundaries. Her determination and passion for her work has helped her become the outstanding success that she is today. Let’s take a look at a few of the international roles which she absolutely slayed.
Priyanka Chopra in Quantico
Quantico has at least 8 million viewers and is one of ABC’s top rated series. This was Priyanka’s first role in an American television drama series. Priyanka has admitted that she had to work hard to develop an American accent to play the role of Alex in the series. She also had to work hard to get acquainted with the FBI speak and body language. She believes that starring in Quantico has brought her one step closer to her goal of telling stories globally. Overall, Priyanka has received great reviews for her role in the American drama and we just can’t help but wonder how well she has adopted the role of Alex and made it her own. Kudos to Priyanka for showing the world what desi girls are made of.
Priyanka Chopra in Baywatch
Of all the Priyanka Chopra movies, we have to admit, her villainous role in Baywatch was one of our favorites. She owned the role of Victoria Leeds with such style and made it all look so natural. Priyanka looked so comfortable in her role, it’s almost like she could have done it in her sleep. Another big win for the Bollywood superstar where she starred with some of Hollywood’s biggies like Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. The movie even has a surprise appearance by David Hasselhoff, the series’ original lifeguard hottie.
Priyanka Chopra’s Diet and Fitness Routine
Priyanka follows a simple but balanced diet.
- For breakfast, she sticks to 2 egg whites or oatmeal with a glass of milk.
- She drinks coconut water at least 2-3 times a day.
- Her lunch and dinner consist of dal, veggies, grilled chicken and chapati or a salad with soup.
- Her snacks are usually nuts or a turkey or salmon sandwich.
She works really hard to maintain her lean figure. Her gym routine starts with a 15-minute warm up on the treadmill. This is followed by push ups, reverse lunges, bench jumps and reverse crunches. She then moves on to planks and light weights. She tries to go running at least twice a week and practices yoga regularly for mental fitness.
