The trick to beating salty foods is to simply read the labels every time and avoid them. If it’s junk food it probably has tonnes of salt and sugar in it so stay away. Lastly, limit the seasoning on your food. Opt for cinnamon or cayenne pepper instead. The added heat-filled spices are thermogenic which aid in fat burning.
