4. Camel Pose: Stay seated on the ground and come onto the knees, keep ing a hip-width distance. Next, gradually straighten up on the knees. Elongate the spine towards the ceiling as high as you can while pushing the pelvis up and forward. Place the ands on the lower back while keeping the neck long. Slowly push your head back as far as you can go, while keeping your shoulders relaxed. Hold this pose for 10 deep breaths. You will feel the tension in your jaws release.

Remember to not expect an overnight cure- that yoga is a practice and a lifestyle that must be committed to on a daily basis. As you go deeper into your regular yoga practice, you'll begin to notice a feeling or lightness and more ease that stays with you throughout the day and goes into the night.
