Day 2:

Day 3:

Day 5:

Day 5 is a literal day of feasting as today you can eat a yummy meal. Make a healthful salad with tomatoes, sprouts and cottage cheese (paneer). You can also add soya chunks to this salad. You can also prepare a soup with the same ingredients. Today, since you are adding proteins to your diet make sure that you increase your water intake.

Day 6:

You can eat cottage cheese, sprouts and other vegetables on this day. But, no tomatoes allowed on this day. The only things you should eat would be soup and water. This day is basically the same as Day 5 but without the tomatoes. Your body will be nourished with the necessary fiber and nutrients from the veggies.

Day 7:

This is a meal day of sorts. You can eat half to one chapatti and one cup of brown rice. Drink fresh fruit juices and veggies according to your preference. Drink lots of water. Today, is the last day of perseverance and your weighing scale is going to see a lighter version of you today.
