Is there any circumstance under which allAyurveda.com may cancel my order?
Although a last resort, there are some situations in which we may be forced to cancel your order. These could include:
Unavailability of stock for order fulfillment Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information Issues identified by internal credit and fraud evasion department. We regret the inconvenience caused to you under such circumstances. Prior to cancelation or processing of an order, our customer support team may reach out to you for any additional information or verification. In case of cancellation of an order that has been paid for, the funds will be returned to the account used for the purchase.

How long does it take for product delivery after placing an order?
In most cases, orders are processed within 24 hours of payment receipt. Orders are then dispatched within 2 days and should take an additional 7-10 business days to reach you, depending on your location.

What are the different modes of Ayurvedic treatment?
As is the case in conventional medicine, Ayurveda has various specialties within its broader framework. These include kaya chikitsa (Internal medicine), shalya tantram (Surgery), shalakya tantram (Otorhinolaryngology and Opthalmology), kaumara bhritya (Paediatrics, Gynaecology and Obstetrics), agada tantram (Toxicology), rasayana tantram (Gerentorology), vajikarana tantram (Aphrodisiacs), and graha chikitsaa (Psychiatry).

Is Ayurvedic medicine safe or are there side effects?
As is the case with any branch of medicine, Ayurvedic therapies may also have side effects or contraindications. This risk is higher when therapies are used inappropriately, administered improperly or are prescribed by unqualified practitioners.

Make it a point to consult your general physician and a qualified Ayurvedic specialist before starting any treatment. Both professionals should be informed about any ongoing treatments to avoid the risk of drug interactions.

Why should I go for Ayurveda instead of other systems of medicine?
Ayurveda is not a substitute for medical care and may only be used as part of a holistic natural lifestyle. Ayurveda is an ancient natural system of medicine that promotes balance between the body, mind, and the environment. It can help to promote general wellness and quality of life. However, in case of illness, it is imperative that you consult a qualified doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Are all Ayurvedic products vegetarian and is Ayurveda only suitable for vegetarians?
Ayurvedic products are vegetarian (unless specifically mentioned otherwise), but contrary to popular belief Ayurveda does not forbid the intake of meat. Classical texts like the Charaka Samhita also offer advice on the preparation of meat soups and other non-vegetarian foods. However, moderation and balanced intake of food groups is what is emphasized in all Ayurvedic recommendations.

How do I check the status of my order?
The allAyurveda platform offers a responsive order tracking system that allows users to stay updated on their orders. You can find your order and view the processing and delivery status within your account menu.

Information on the shipping status can also be viewed within the account page and you will receive email notifications, along with a tracking ID, depending on the delivery service offered.

What if my order has not been delivered?
At allAyurveda we strive to ensure timely delivery of orders. The time for processing and delivery of an order varies between 4 -7 business days. Under certain circumstances, however, there may be delays in delivery and we will keep you updated in such situations.

Do you deliver worldwide?
We believe that natural products should be accessible to all, no matter where you live, and we do offer international shipping. However, there may be differences in shipping costs and delivery times, depending on your location. For any special requests or more specific information, do reach out to us at [email protected]

Do I need to store ghee, chyawanprash, and triphala in a refrigerator?
None of these products need to be refrigerated, whether sealed or open. Just make sure that containers are closed properly and stored in an area not exposed to direct sunlight or heat.

How can I cancel my order?
All transactions can be managed from your accounts page and this includes cancellation requests. You can request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order. In case you have trouble using this function, reach out to us at [email protected] or +91-22-62215104. Keep in mind that once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.

How do I know that my order has been dispatched?
You can view your order status within your accounts page. Once an order has been dispatched, you will also receive a notification mail with complete information of the order and shipment details.
