Kapha Digest is a polyherbal formula, described in classical Ayurvedic texts as Trikatu. Literally translated, Trikatu means the “three pungents” because of its primary ingredients – pippali, ginger, and black pepper. The combination of herbs has a strong heating quality that strengthens agni, supporting healthy digestion, metabolism, circulation, and elimination of ama. Kapha Digest is highly recommended for individuals with dominant kapha dosha for its rejuvenative power and protective effect against common kapha conditions like congestion.*
